Dealer Information

Our show is generally booked by October of the year before. We give previous dealers first right to their space. Because of the small number of dealers (27) there are rarely more than 5-6 openings every year, and these are offered on a first-come first-serve basis by contacting the show chairman usually no later than October. Although the show is not rigidly juried, we strive to maintain a good balance of all things rock and gem. The 2002 show chairman is Val Latham, and he can be reached at 928-526-5152 or godsrocks@aol.com

The City of Flagstaff

Flagstaff in nestled under the San Francisco Peaks in Northern Arizona at an elevation of about 7000 feet! Because of the elevation, the air is thinner, you get sunburned alot quicker and it can get cold in a hurry! Flagstaff Gem & Mineral Society

Our club was formed over 20 years ago by people interested in rocks, gems, earth science, minerals, fossils and lapidary. We have our own building located in the historic Fort Tuthill area also known as the Coconino Fairgrounds. We meet once a month on the 1st Thursday of the Month and everyone is invited to attend and become a member. We are an active club that sponsors two shows a year, which provides funding for our yearly scholarship. We also indulge ourselves in field trips (both one-day and overnight) and try to foster an appreciation for rockhounding and lapidary in the local community. More on our club can be found at our website:    Gem & Mineral Society
